hocoroのジャムとペーストは、着色料・香料・増粘剤・保存料を使用していません。りんごは、有機JAS認定農園で農薬・化学肥料を使わずに育てられたものを使用しています。

Apples are wonderfully versatile, pairing well with so many ingredients — but with red wine, the match is exceptional. We’ve added cardamom and star anise to this classic combination, creating a jam with a deeper, more nuanced flavor than your usual apple spread.

Delicious on toast or yogurt, and lovely paired with crackers — it also makes a perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine. A jam with a gentle sweetness and a hint of spice, crafted for more grown-up moments.

As always, hocoro jams and pastes are made without artificial coloring, flavorings, thickeners, or preservatives. The apples are organically grown at a JAS-certified farm, cultivated without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
