Ripe Ume Jam, infused with summer’s richness.
Crafted from fully ripened Nanko-ume plums grown in Wakayama — Japan’s renowned ume region — by JAS-certified organic farmers who devote the season to nurturing their harvest.

Each year, we revisit this jam as a seasonal staple.

A perfect companion for toast and yogurt, naturally — and it forms a lovely harmony with ice cream or cream cheese, too!

まれにジャムに茶色いものが入っているように見えることがあります。これは、赤く熟したところや花柱痕など、健康な皮の一部が過熱によって色が変化したものですので、問題なくお召し上がりいただけます。

You may occasionally notice brownish spots in the jam.
These are natural color changes caused by the red, fully ripened areas of the fruit or by style marks (the small scar where the blossom was attached).
They are all part of the plum's healthy skin and completely safe to eat.
