毎年人気の高い、完熟梅ジャムです。

梅の本場、和歌山県から届いた完熟梅をたっぷり使いました。
今年もJAS認証を取得した生産者さんが大切に育てた、有機栽培の南高梅を使用しています。

完熟梅ならではの芳醇な香りと、果肉感たっぷりの甘酸っぱい味わい。
「これが梅？」と思わず驚くような、フルーティーなジャムに仕上がりました。

まずはぜひ、パンと一緒にお楽しみください。

また、酸味が少し苦手な方には、ヨーグルトやクリームチーズと合わせていただくのもおすすめです。まろやかさが加わり、より食べやすくお召し上がりいただけます。

なお、まれにジャムの中に茶色い部分が見られることがあります。これは、完熟梅の皮の一部が加熱によって色づいたもので、傷みや異物ではありません。品質には問題ございませんので、安心してお召し上がりください。

Introducing our Ripe Plum Jam.

Made with fully ripened Nanko plums from Wakayama, Japan's most renowned plum-growing region.
As in previous years, we use organically grown Nanko plums carefully cultivated by a JAS-certified producer.

This jam captures the rich aroma of ripe plums and a generous amount of fruit, creating a beautifully sweet-tart flavor.

Many people are surprised by how fruity it tastes and find themselves saying, “This is plum?”

We especially recommend enjoying it on fresh bread or toast.
If you prefer a milder flavor, try pairing it with yogurt or cream cheese. Their creamy richness balances the plum's natural tartness and creates a delicious combination.

Please note that you may occasionally notice small brown pieces in the jam. These are simply parts of the plum skin—such as naturally reddened areas or the blossom-end scar—that have changed color during cooking. They are completely safe to eat and do not affect the quality of the product.
