あまなつは熊本県産、はっさくは徳島県産。
どちらも農薬を使わずに大切に育てられた柑橘を使用しています。

hocoroのジャムの中では、もっともスタンダードなマーマレードに近い味わいです。
あまなつのやさしい甘さと、はっさくのほどよい苦み。
柑橘らしい爽やかな香りと、ピールの食感をお楽しみいただけます。

でも、マーマレードのおいしさの決め手は、果肉だけでなくピール（皮）にもあります。
だからこそ、どんな柑橘を使うかがとても大切です。

hocoroでは、農薬を使わずに育てられたあまなつとはっさくを使用しています。
ピールまで安心して味わっていただける、素材のおいしさを大切にしたジャムです。

パンやヨーグルトはもちろん、紅茶に添えたり、お菓子づくりにもおすすめです。

The Amanatsu is grown in Kumamoto, and the Hassaku in Tokushima.
Both are carefully cultivated without the use of pesticides.

Among all hocoro jams, this is perhaps the closest to a classic marmalade.
