キウイとカルダモン、今年もやってきました。

スーパーにキウイが並びはじめて、そろそろかな？と思ってくださっていた方がいらっしゃったらうれしいです。
実は、一般的なキウイよりも、農薬不使用で育てられたものは少し遅れて出回ります。
hocoroでは、そのキウイをしっかり完熟させてからジャムにしています。

カルダモンは、「香りの女王」「スパイスの女王」とも呼ばれるショウガ科のスパイス。
甘くエキゾチックで、すっと爽やかな香りが特徴です。
キウイととても相性がよく、風味をやさしく引き立ててくれます。

トーストにはもちろん、ヨーグルトやアイスクリームにも。
爽やかな酸味と、プチプチとした種の食感をお楽しみいただけます。

hocoroのジャムやペーストは、着色料・香料・増粘剤・保存料は使用していません。
今回のキウイは、有機JAS認定の農場で、無農薬・無肥料の自然農法で育てられたものを使用しています。

Kiwi & cardamom is back again this year.

If you’ve been seeing kiwis at the supermarket and wondering “is it time yet?”, we’d be so happy if you thought of us.
Kiwis grown without pesticides tend to arrive a little later than conventionally grown ones.
At hocoro, we let them fully ripen before turning them into jam.

Cardamom, often called the “queen of spices,” is a member of the ginger family.
It has a sweet, exotic, and gently refreshing aroma.
It pairs beautifully with kiwi, subtly enhancing its natural flavor.

Enjoy it not only on toast, but also with yogurt or ice cream.
You’ll love the fresh tartness and the tiny, pleasantly crunchy seeds.

All hocoro jams and pastes are free from artificial coloring, flavoring, thickeners, and preservatives.
The kiwis used this time are grown using natural farming methods—without pesticides or fertilizers—at a certified organic (JAS) farm.
